Customer Quote
"Mr. Lawry has continually impressed me with his combination of knowledge, skill, and problem solving ability.  His capabilities extend far beyond what would normally be expected of someone at his age.  His work has been of consistent high quality.  When he first began working for me, he boasted 'No-one has ever been disappointed with the work I've done for them.' Supporting his statement, his efforts at this company have certainly maintained his excellent track record."

AOL Hour-Glass Fix:
Sometimes when using AOL, you attempt a simple task and the hour-glass appears and refuses to leave. You can't click on anything that is on the screen, close a web page or close the mail you are trying to read. Instead of waiting for the "system response" message try this... Move the mouse up to where it says "Help" in the tool bar and click it two or three times and when the drop-down box appears, click on "About America Online". When the next screen opens just click "ok" and you will then notice that you once again have use of your mouse.
